Tony's previous career in the retail industry, which spanned more than 25 years, helped him to nurture his people skills. Working within a customer service environment provided Tony with a sound skills base for dealing and listening to people and providing them with what they were looking for.

This has enabled him to ensure that he provides his clients with the right property for them whether it be as their personal residence or to add to their investment portfolio.

As a new member of the Captain’s Club,Tony's vast knowledge of the local market together with a strong database of builders, investors and first home buyers allows him to focus on development sites, raw and completed. Selling off the plan apartments is Tony's key area of expertise.

Tony is known for his direct approach and unsurpassed negotiation skills. Tony believes it is more about understanding what the client wants and what buyers are looking for and maximising the best possible outcome.
